Capdepera is set within a huge garden of Mediterranean vegetation and pine woods, and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The light-filled interior rooms are spacious yet cozy. The living area is outfitted with a satellite TV and an open fireplace for cooler evenings, yet the entire villa is air conditioned for hot summer nights. The modern Mediterranean kitchen is fully equipped, where a personal chef (if requested for an additional fee), can prepare some local specialties.
There are 3 double bedrooms that are all outfitted with ensuite bathrooms with showers, and a double bedroom sans ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is furnished with an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, a dressing room, and its own private balcony. Each room is furnished with a bed measuring 1.80x2.00m.
There is a separate staff or guest apartment.
Outside, sun worshippers will love the large, heated, infinity pool and the vast lounging areas surrounding it, equipped with sun beds. There are various areas throughout the property for guests to relax, contemplate, take in the views, and breathe the fresh air. Amongst the 300 square metres of terraces, there is plenty of areas to enjoy some alfresco dining after preparing a hearty meal on the gas Webber barbecue.

Mallorca is the largest of the Balearic Islands is a mere 2-hour flight from central Europe. Boasting it has 300 sunny days per year, it is a small piece of paradise. Although a popular tourist destination, there are areas of seclusion on the island that feel a world away from the mass tourism. Mallorca has something for everyone, from the city of Palma to the idyllic countryside to the sandy beaches.
Capdepera is located in the northeastern part of the Mallorca, which is known for its natural reserves, bays, sandy beaches, mountain terrain, and gorgeous vistas. The town of was originally built protect the shipping routes and townspeople from invaders, thus, history buffs will enjoy a visit to the fortress which also provides some beautiful views of the surrounding coastal areas and natural habitat. The weekly Wednesday market in the town can be an experience on its own.
Artà, known as the Pearl of the Northeast, is where the Sant Salvador church is prominent in the Llevant hillside, and there are numerous bars and restaurants to explore. Nearby the medieval site of Sea Paises is not to be missed. Sant Llorenc is a charming village with unique shopping, small restaurants, and interior design stores. In the city of Manacor, guests can experience the daily life of Mallorca.

Seafood lovers should visit Cala Ratjada. Originally a fishing village, it is now full of bars and restaurants, many offering traditional local seafood specialties.
