The Villa is a stunningly beautiful property and offers an extraordinary setting for a dream vacation. The distinctive combination of breathtaking views, artistic elements, modern amenities, privacy, luxury and comfort makes this villa an exceptional vacation spot.

EXTERIOR
The complex consists of two buildings, the main and the guest house, and an impressive infinity - edge lap pool with considerable depth and rocks in and around it.
The secret to Aegean View is in the simplicity and organic nature of its idea and construction. You are offered many living levels with visual excitement and absolute privacy. The Villa will dare you to decide where your favourite view is to relax and enjoy the Aegean.
The villa's exterior is very spacious, with a lot of lounging areas around the pool, 3 outside sitting areas under traditional style pergolas and a stone oven/barbecue. Elegant grounds, in traditional Mykonian style, nestle in secluded walled gardens. Olive trees, bushes, shrubs and cacti among the rocks, form beautiful landscapes. The deck is equipped with elegant ,wood furniture.
Many terraces and pergolas around the house provide an open and yet private way to enjoy the amazing views and the spectacular blue of the skies and Aegean Sea.

INTERIOR
The main building has 3 bedrooms (build - in double beds) with en-suite bathrooms, their own fire places and each goes out to its own terrace or balcony, a kitchen and dining room and a large living room with a stone fire place.
The guest house has a bedroom and a bathroom and goes out to a beautiful private terrace.

MAIN BUILDING
All major rooms open to a patio, balcony or terrace, where one can dine, sunbathe or lounge undisturbed. There are fire places in all rooms and bedroom areas and as well a very functional central heating, making the house very comfortable even during the winter months.
Load-bearing stone walls whitewashed with rough surfaces,floors out of stone or coloured cement, build-in furniture, corridors carved into rocks, the use of old doors throughout the house create a very elegant and cosy atmosphere.

This is a house with intimate charm, elegance and style, without compromising the needs of a modern, contemporary house.

The ground floor of the main house contains a very elegant dining area and an open plan kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender etc. Drapes of white see-through fabric hang flowing gracefully to separate the room from the entrance. Through arched passages you move into a spacious, round, stone carved living room with comfortable build in sofas all around and an impressive fire place as a focal point.
The TV and Hi-Fi equipment are well hidden behind a thick antique wooden door. A very large bay window provides endless sea views.
A stoa, semi-carved in the natural rock, leads to a guest bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet and a private terrace with great views to the pool and the sea.

The first floor contains the large and chic master-bedroom with a unique domed-ceiling bathroom with coloured glasses, that creates a spectacular effect. There is also a private balcony overlooking the pool and the garden. Some steps higher another bedroom with large bay window looks at some panoramic views. The staircase connecting the two levels resembles a natural rock cavity, while hosting a small bathroom and a shower area.
The first floor goes out to a very large veranda which leads to a pergola-shaded dinning terrace, with superb, panoramic sea and garden views.

The guest house has a bedroom and a bathroom and goes out to a beautiful private terrace.

Location

By Air
Most people who visit Mykonos go there by transfer from Athens Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos". The flight takes about 45 minutes. Mykonos has an international airport that receives direct flights from other European countries.

By Ferry
Mykonos can be reached in about 5 hours.

Ferries to Mykonos leave from the port of Piraeus, to the south of Athens, and the port of Rafina, to the north eastern coast of Attica. The port of Piraeus is connected to the Athens International Airport by regular buses and the subway. You can go to the port of Rafina by bus or by taxi from the airport.

Transfers to/from Villa Aegean View are included in the price Approximately 25 minutes drive.
