Show allSurrounded by a manicured lawn, the new accommodation offers all modern comforts, space and privacy for a relaxing vacation a few kilometres from the Ionian Coast.
The property, on two levels, is composed by a spacious open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Large sliding windows open onto a covered patio equipped with dining table and overlooking the garden with private pool.
On the ground floor you will also find two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
The first floor is occupied by a large Master Bedroom Suite with en-suite bathroom. The bedroom opens onto a private terrace equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers.
A separate and independent guest house offers an additional double bedroom with bathroom.
The villa is surrounded by manicured gardens, a well trimmed laurel hedge as well as a private orchard and vineyard. Guests are invited to help themselves to fresh fruit.

Housekeeping available upon request at €9/hour for max 3 hours daily. Change of linen is available during your stay at €25/person.
