In light of the recent Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak, Passepartout Homes is pleased to offer all its clients a revised, more flexible and more accommodating cancellation policy for bookings received after March 10th 2020 until further notice. 

What happens if you need to cancel/postpone your holiday:

  • If you decide to cancel your booking with us up to14 days prior to your check-in date whereby the Foreign Commonwealth Office (or equivalent in your country of departure) advises you are not safe to travel to the region where the villa is located and travel should be limited to "all but essential" or a full travel ban is in place, you are entitled to receive a Voucher for the amount you have already paid.
  • If you made a booking with Passepartout Homes after March 10th 2020, you will be entitled to postpone your holiday to a later date and receive a Voucher for the amount already paid.

 

Terms & Conditions

  • Before issuing a Voucher, Passepartout Homes reserves the right to assess each case individually.
  • You cannot ask for a refund in the form of Voucher for any reason other than associated with the Covid-19 outbreak. Our usual Cancellation Policy applies for bookings not affected by the Covid-19 outbreak.
  • A Voucher cannot be guaranteed if the travel advise changes in the 14 days prior to your check-in date. Clients are advised and encouraged to take adequate travel insurance prior to booking a villa with Passepartout Homes.
  • To secure a booking with Passepartout Homes Ltd. clients are asked to pay a deposit at the time of booking and a balance as final payment a few weeks prior to check-in, as per our usual Booking Conditions. As part of our revised T&Cs, clients can request to postpone their holiday and receive a Voucher for the amount already paid as long as we receive a cancellation 14 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@passepartout-homes.com.
  • The Voucher can be used to rebook the SAME villa as previously booked. Lenght of validity of vouchers vary from villa to villa.

Before making or changing your travel plans, we strongly advise you to consult and seek advise from the FCO, WHO, your local health authorities or your travel insurance.
