Upstairs, on the first floor, 3 bedrooms can be found. A double bedroom outfitted with a queen bed, fireplace, and an ensuite bathroom with a large double shower bathroom. The Hay Barn has two floors. On the main floor, Epicureans will be delighted to find a gourmet kitchen outfitted with two ovens, a microwave, a double fridge, a wine fridge, an 8-burner induction stove, double sinks, and a commercial dishwasher. The adjacent dining room seats 16-18 guests. Also on the main floor, there is a laundry room and powder room.

On the first floor, there are two queen bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms.

The Guest House at swimming pool level, not connected to The Tower or The Hay Barn, is a studio with a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, and a combination kitchen/living room.

Air conditioning is equipped throughout the villa, but for those who prefer fresh air, winders have built-in screens.

On the grounds, the garden is a typical Italian garden of the region full of roses, jasmine and other indigenous plants and flowers.
