In addition there is a large fully equipped, open plan kitchen and utility room as well as dining and living area. Rustic marble floors and high vaulted natural stone ceilings epitomise the interior of a traditional masseria while both underfloor heating and air-conditioning ensure complete comfort throughout the year. Each room of the main building opens into a walled courtyard featuring vaulted cloisters on either side and provides a shaded, tranquil area for lunch or evening cocktails. Two olive trees surrounded by lawn and an abundance of climbing Wisteria, Begognia and Bougainvillaea make for a very pretty setting. Large shuttered doors to the back of the masseria open up onto a vine covered pergola patio area offering a substantial outdoor dining table and a stunning marble infinity saline swimming pool with seamless, sweeping views across both the landscaped garden featuring lavender, citronella, fig and citrus trees and beyond to the ancient olive grove.
