The main villa can host up to 10 guests across its two floors. The ground floor is composed of the kitchen, dining room, laundry room, living room and one of the king-sized double bedrooms, with an ensuite bathroom outfitted with a shower. Just outside of the kitchen, a charming alfresco dining area is set up for up to 8, for a quaint breakfast. From the living room and dining room, 3 sets of French doors open up to a terrace furnished with armchairs and sofas, with parasols. Upstairs, there are 2 more king-sized double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, both equipped with bathtubs and showers. The 2 twin bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a bathtub. Enjoy an evening meal dining alfresco under the lovely pergola, near the cottage, furnished with a dining table for up to 12. The cottage is located near the gardens, and can accommodate up to 3 guests in its 1 king-sized double bedroom. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, with a shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove and fridge, and the TV in its living area is LCD with sports channels and a DVD player. Cottage guests can enjoy a romantic evening cocktail on the quaint table with two armchairs on a terrace in from the cottage’s living room. Facilities and Services Villa Carmine’s well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with a dishwasher, oven, two fridges, and a microwave oven. The spacious laundry room has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Guests can enjoy Sky Italia television, cinema and sports channels, the Blue Ray DVD player, or the Amazon Fire TV stick on the large LCD TV. Villa Carmine is furnished with a bluetooth sound system, an iPod docking station, and high-speed wifi internet access throughout the main villa, garden, pool and cottage. Each bedroom, and the cottage, has air conditioning for warmer nights, and central heating for when it’s cooler. There is a hairdryer in every bathroom. Those who enjoy outdoor cooking will love the barbecue. Families with small children can request a baby cot, child’s high chair, and baby bathtub. There is plenty of parking to accommodate all guests. For table tennis lovers, equipment is available to rent for an additional fee. Maid services, available 6 days a week, include cleaning up the bedrooms, bathroom and a quick cleaning of the kitchen. If guests stay more than a week, a deeper cleaning is done once a week. To reach the villa, there are 3km of white gravel road. Occasionally, the roads to the villa can be steep with little stones and bumps (to prevent the rain from eroding the road). Renting a 4x4 is recommended for more comfortable driving.
