Amongst the open plan within Villa Oliveto, natural light creates airy, lightweight spaces, where one can relax and breathe in the serenity of the property. Large windows wrap around the south side of the villa, offering guests unique views of the regions rolling hills, valleys, and olive groves reaching for the Adriatic Sea. Its terrace leads from the kitchen, dining room and lounge areas inside, and with the expansive glass doors, the barrier between the interior and exterior is lifted.

Villa Oliveto can accommodate up to 8 across its 4 large bedrooms, each measuring over 27 square metres and each with its own personality. Three bedrooms are located within the villa, with an additional bedroom in an annex, which is ideal for those seeking privacy. The bedroom in the annex has its own terrace and garden, and is outfitted with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have king-sized beds, with 2 bedrooms with the ability to be transformed into twin bedrooms, and all have modern-designed ensuite bathrooms, with natural stone, polished concrete, and brushed steel fittings. The master bedroom in the villa features a walk-in wardrobe and small private terrace with views of the gardens and Adriatic sea.

There are two dining areas within the villa and two alfresco dining areas, all seating 8 or more. There is a traditional barbecue and wood-fired pizza oven next to the outside kitchen and dining areas. The cooking facilities are a foodies’ dream come true, with spacious dining areas and fully-equipped kitchens.

A mere 100-metre stroll from the villa, guests will find the pool and the pool house. The pool house is an architectural site of its own, with its concrete minimalistic style. Inside, guests will find a kitchenette, bar, dining area, gym, two washrooms, and two showers. It features a retractable floor-to-ceiling windows, and can be used year-round as a yoga studio.

The yoga studio is an ample, calming, flexible space that combines natural light, mood lighting, and a connected sound system to create a stunning environment. The facility is outfitted with all of the needed equipment, including a water machine. Yogis will delight in the yoga deck during sunrise and sunset.

The Studio: a purpose-built building created for wellness, corporate and bespoke retreats. Fully equipped and ideal for 21 guests. Includes heating, A/C, yoga deck and equipment, Pilates equipment, meditation, barre and mirror, weights and bells, corporate presentation equipment, music system, bathroom, refreshments.

There is air conditioning and heating throughout the villa. Each bedroom offers individually controlled air-conditioning and heating, and is equipped with its own dressing table, hairdryer, safe, wifi, and TV outfitted with Netflix.

Travel cots are available upon request.

For those who are a bit competitive, they can enjoy table tennis and table football.

The villa is outfitted with Bose and Sonos sound systems, with bluetooth connectivity.

A traditional coal barbecue and large wood-fired pizza oven is available for the outdoor cooks in the group.

There are 2-fully equipped kitchens, which include a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, six-ring gas cooker, oven, and ice maker. The kitchens are stocked with still and sparkling water for guests. The Nespresso machine is supplied with capsules.

The pantry area includes a washing machine, dryer, and drying rack.

A 60-inch Samsung smart TV with surround sound, Sky satellite, DVD player, and streaming is located in the family room.

Free wifi streaming is available throughout the villa and surronding gardens.
