The estate comprises of a main villa and a separate guesthouse, offering more space and privacy for groups of families and friends traveling together.

The main entrance is through a narrow gateway flanked by two columns in local grey Peperino stone. A long drive bordered by cypress and olive trees leads up to the house. The villa is surrounded by a mature garden, well-wooded with oaks, elms, locust-trees, pines and limes, together with viburnum and laurel hedges. One of its most striking features are two age – old boxwood hedges that decorate the main façade of the villa . Although the first floor is mainly dedicated to communal spaces, there is also a double bedroom en-suite with shower.

A wonderful terrace offers a stunning sunset over the pool and is perfect for a candle light dinner.

On the second floor, there are five additional bedrooms. Two wonderful master suites, one of which with an old fireplace and a sitting room and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower. The other, on the other side of the floor, has a bathroom with bathtub and a private sitting room and a wonderful view on the swimming pool and the town of Viterbo. Another bedroom, with a French bed, shares a small bathroom with shower with two twin bedrooms.

For those looking to tie the knot, a little lovely country church can be found on the estate particularly suitable for weddings or blessings.
From the villa you can enjoy a truly spectacular view of the city of Viterbo, the region of Lazio and as far as the Tuscan Maremma with its promontory of the Argentario on a clear day. The expanse of olive trees surrounding the villa produces DOP extra virgin olive oil sold and appreciated all over the world.

The guesthouse, located a few meters from the main villa is divided into two independent units: a section is for the sole use of the owners accessible via a separate and independent entrance. Via a second private and independent entrance, guests will access to the 3 bed- rooms en-suite located on the first floor of the guest house.
