Details View property details Villa Rufina can accommodate up to 13 guests across its 7 bedrooms. The ground floor is where guests can entertain themselves in the billiard room or practice some wellness and self-care in the gym and wellness area. From this floor, guests have access to the manicured garden, numerous outdoor dining areas, and other exterior spaces where they can relax, collect their thoughts, and take in the views. The first floor is composed of a large sitting room with fireplace, a dining room, and study/TV room with fireplace, and kitchen and breakfast room. In addition to these living areas, two bedrooms can be found on this floor. The living room has access to a large terrace with views of the manicured grounds, to the pool terrace, and to a shaded alfresco dining area. The remaining bedrooms can be found on the upper floors, composed of four double bedrooms and one single. One unique bedroom has access to a tower offering panoramic, majestic views of the Tuscan countryside. Outside, guests have their choice of where to dine amongst the several alfresco dining areas throughout the property, can meander through the Italianate garden, and take in the views of the renowned Tuscan countryside. Bedrooms Configuration Two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The other five bedrooms are located on the upper floors. Four of these bedrooms are double and one is a single. The attic bedroom can be accessed from the second floor stairs and has access to a panoramic tower. Facilities and Services Private parking is available to all guests. Pool sharks will enjoy the billiards room equipped with a billiards table and equipment. A concierge is on-call for guest enquiries and for check-in/check-out. Housekeeping comes 6 days per week in the mornings, and linen changes in the bedroom and bathroom are done midweek. Pool and Spa Heated pool Pool heating comes at an additional price (not included within rental price). The gym/yoga room is equipped with workout and yoga equipment. Special Touches Guests are greeted with a welcome basket which includes a selection of breads, locally cured meats, cheese and crackers, and drinks.
