Villa Serena is composed of two structures, the main villa and an annex, within a private and extensive fenced garden. The ground floor main villa is composed of a sitting room with fireplace, which is perfect on a cool night, and a large open kitchen with dining room. Upstairs, there are two super king-sized double bedrooms with ensuite, distinct, marble bathrooms with showers. In the garden near the kitchen, guests can dine alfresco and enjoy some homemade pizza cooked in the wood-burning oven just in front of the outdoor dining area. On the ground floor of the annex, a super king-sized double bedroom with ensuite marble bathroom with shower is found. On the first floor, is another super king-sized double bedroom, with an ensuite marble bathroom with shower. Between the main villa and annex, several terraces furnished with sofas and arm chairs allow guests to take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the region. The pool cottage not only offers a reprieve for those who are not sun worshippers, but is also furnished with a sitting room, dining table, a mini fridge, a laundry room, a stone barbecue, and a sitting area under a pergola furnished with a sofa and arm chairs. The private infinity pool features a shallow area, and is furnished for sun loungers for soaking up the sun and getting away from it all. Facilities and Services Villa Serena’s kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, and microwave oven. Sky satellite TV with sports channels, are available or those who want to keep with their favorite sport. Villa Serena is equipped with a bluetooth sound system. Just in front of the outdoor dining area, there is a wood burning oven ideal for pizza. High-speed wifi internet is available throughout the villa, garden, pool cottage, and pool area. There is a hairdryer in every bathroom. The villa is equipped for air conditioning for the warmer months. In the pool cottage, the laundry room is outfitted with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board and also has a mini fridge. For those who like to barbecue, they’ll relish the stone barbecue outside of the pool cottage. Those with small children can request a baby cot, child’s high chair, and baby bathtub. Table tennis equipment is available. There is plenty of parking for all of the guests. Maid services, available 6 days a week, include cleaning up the bedrooms, bathroom and a quick cleaning of the kitchen. If guests stay more than a week, a deeper cleaning is done once a week. Please note that the roads are in good conditions but occasionally steep and with little stones as all the country roads, so they are not suitable for low-height cars or sport cars.
