Location

Getting to Anguilla is straightforward and flexible, with several seamless travel options.

Daily nonstop flights with American Airlines operate from Miami to Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport. The airport is just a 10-minute drive from ÀNI and offers convenient connections from most major US cities.

Alternatively, guests may arrive via Princess Juliana International Airport on Sint Maarten, which is well served by direct flights from the United States (including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington), Canada (including Montreal and Toronto), and Europe (including Paris and Amsterdam).

From Sint Maarten, a 20-minute private or shared boat transfer departs from Simpson Bay/Anguilla Dock (a five-minute drive from SXM) to Blowing Point Pier, followed by a 10-minute drive to the resort.

For the quickest transfer, private charter flights from SXM to AXA are available, with a flight time of approximately eight minutes.

How to get there

Set in the eastern Caribbean Sea, **Anguilla is the northernmost of the Leeward Islands in the Lesser Antilles. The island lies east of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, and directly north of Sint Maarten. Its name derives from the French word for “eel,” a nod to Anguilla’s long, slender profile. Measuring just 16 miles (26 km) in length and no more than 3.5 miles (6 km) at its widest point, the island is edged by a necklace of pristine, white-sand beaches.

Offshore, a scattering of uninhabited islets adds to Anguilla’s sense of untouched beauty, including Dog Island, Scrub Island, Sombrero Island, and the idyllic Prickly Pear Cays. The island’s north coast—home to **ÀNI Anguilla**—is defined by dramatic limestone cliffs and secluded coves, where crystalline turquoise waters lap against the shore. This ruggedly beautiful stretch of coastline is also renowned for its exceptional dive sites, offering clear visibility, vibrant marine life, and unforgettable underwater exploration.
