Details View property details The ground floor has a wonderful large drawing room/dining area which leads out onto a spacious terrace. This terrace houses attractive, shaded dining and lounging areas. There is a fully equipped country-style kitchen adjacent to the indoor dining space. This floor also has a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom enjoying direct access to the terrace and pool, and another double bedroom with separate bathroom. Up on the first floor, the master bedroom has a king size bed and a large private balcony granting panoramic views of the sea and of the property. There is also a twin bedroom with a smaller bathroom, and a bathroom with mosaic shower. The lower ground floor, complete with its own entrance, has a further twin bedroom with its own en suite bathroom and a cosy sitting area. How to get there The property is situated close to the island of Cephalonia's capital, Argostoli. Cephalonia is the largest Greek islands in the Ionian Sea, with an appealing blend of sandy beaches, with clear waters, dotted all along the coastline and dramatic, forested mountain landscapes. The property itself is a historic country estate situated within an olive grove. A very special villa with pool on the beautiful island of Cephalonia situated within a vast historic Estate featuring a restored 18th c. olive mill (presently private museum) and threshing floor. A place with heritage, which includes an amazing Chef and is also serviced by a private small skippered yacht for day trips in the Ionian Sea at an extra fee. Trapezaki beach is just 1.5 km away and has a delicious tavern. In Argostoli, Ampelaki restaurant is renowned for its fresh, contemporary take on Greek cuisine. It has a stunning range of seafood and an elegant but relaxed ambience. The Bee's Knees, also in the island's capital, offers innovative cocktails in an ultra stylish setting. During the summer season, activities available through the property include cooking lessons, car and motorbike rentals, boat and helicopter rentals and in-house massage.
