The villa is situated at the hedge of a medieval hamlet.

The property is composed by six elegantly furnished en-suite bedrooms.
The seventh bedroom, lower in standard, is an ideal kids or teenagers' room.

On entering the villa you will find yourself in a vary spacious entrance hall with a designer wooden table as centre piece.

On the ground floor are located a dining room with an original fireplace and large table for up to 20 guests, a fully equipped professional kitchen, a pantry as well as a guest toilet.
On the same floor is also a utility room as well as a simple twin bedroom en-suite (shower). Simple in decor, this bedroom is an ideal teenager's bedroom.
A further twin/double bedroom en-suite (shower and bathtub) can also be found on the ground floor.

The lower ground floor is occupied by a wine and olive oil cellar where clients can help themselves (...at an additional fee).

Two sun-kissed and bright reception rooms are located on the first floor. Stunning views can be enjoyed from its large windows.

The remaining 5 bedrooms are also located on the first floor. All rooms are spacious, embellished with wooden beams and antique furniture and are equipped with en-suite bathrooms:
- one double bedroom
- three bedrooms with twin/double beds
- single bedroom

All bedrooms are equipped with A/C.

There is of course plenty of outdoor space for relaxation, entertainment and al-fresco dining lounging, including an open air theatre for concerts in the summer.

The Owners E live not far from Castellare de Sernigi. Enzo’s family has owned the country estate for over 70 years and 18 years ago the owners took the decision to restore the villa to its original splendor and transform it into a 5 stars luxury vacation rental.
They enjoy meeting guests from all over the world and make their stay as pleasurable as possible.
