Direct Transfer is 40 minutes to an hour with private speed boat from the port of Rafina in Athens or 10 minutes from Marmari. The flight by helicopter is 15 minutes. How to get there This unique beach house is situated at the beginning of the Cycladic islands. It looks on the seashore of a large bay in a peaceful location offering exceptional privacy within a preserved archipelago of islets.The property is part of a privileged historical grand estate of 900 acres planted with tall cypress, centennial olive and pine groves, pistachio and fig trees set within a mature Mediterranean vegetation and dry stonewalls. Remote but not isolated, large but not lonely. In a matter of days, you will feel yourself anew, it is the perfect match for those who love nature, water sports, fishing, boat rides and sailing, relaxing on a beach, or just enjoying a drink at sunset on the pier in front of the house. Numerous trails on the estate also provide great hiking and biking escapes. The property is ecologically managed and a gourmet selection of seasonal products from the organic vegetable garden and the farm will complement your menu. The journey from Athens International Airport door to door to the island is approximately 2 hours. The Ferry Boat leaves from the Port of Rafina or the Port of Aghia Marina to go to Marmari fish port which is about an hour's journey. There are several ferries during the day and alternate routes. From there a boat takes you to the island, for large groups this may need to be done in stages. A private boat service can be rented from Rafina straight to the island, depending on weather forecast. Price on Application. Alternatively, you can drive from Athens to Marmari, around 3 hours drive. From there, a boat will pick you up and take you to the island. For large groups, the transfers will be done in stages. You can of course also arrive with your own private boat.
