At pool level of the main house, guests can find the communal areas: the entrance hall, living room, dining area, a guest WC, and a fully-equipped, modern kitchen which has direct access to the magnificent outdoor dining area. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-sized bed, has an ensuite bathroom and its own living area. Its bathroom is outfitted with a shower and WC. The double room on the upper level is also outfitted with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The double bedroom on the lower level is furnished with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The highlight is the glass window that looks into the underwater portion of the infinity pool.
Guest House 1’s double bedroom offers a king-sized bed, with and ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower and WC. Guest House 2 is outfitted with a double bed, and its ensuite bathroom has a shower and WC. Guest House 3, Guest House 4, Guest House 5, and Guest House 6, each are furnished with king-sized beds, with their ensuite bathrooms outfitted with showers and WCs. Each Guest House has its own private entrance and offers sea views. Despite being equipped similarly, each Guest House retains its own discreet character, with minimal, thoughtful decor, and a variety of room layouts.
The shining star of the property is its exterior spaces, which have been thoughtfully designed with parties of 18 in mind. The expansive pergola offers plenty of outdoor seating areas and a large dining area, features a BBQ, and has direct access to the kitchen. Around the pool, there is ample space for friends and family staying at Villa Agatha to take in the unparalleled sunsets. And for those who need more solitude, there are plenty of terraces and outdoor nooks to read a book, be with one’s thoughts, or just enjoy the views.
