The ground level is composed of a modern living room featuring a sea view, a sun-drenched dining room that can accommodate up to 8 and French doors that open onto the pool terrace, and a fully-equipped kitchen with bar with its own French doors that open onto the pool terrace. There is also a guest WC located on this level.
On the upper level of the main Villa, there is a master bedroom outfitted with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. There is also a double bedroom with twin beds that can be converted into a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower. Both rooms offer amazing views of the sea.
One of the lower level guest homes offers 2 bedrooms, each with king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers, and a kitchenette. The other offers a double-bedroom with twin beds that can easily be converted to a king-sized bed, if need be, with an ensuite bathroom. Each has their own independent entrance.
The below-the-pool guest house is furnished with twin beds, which can also be converted to a king-size if needed, an ensuite bathroom with shower, a kitchenette, and an independent entrance. There may be no view from this room, but there is an underwater swimming pool window.
Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, a smart TV with Netflix, and safe box.
The property features its own fully-equipped gym with weights, stepper, exercise bikes, treadmill and air conditioning.
