Lamia Donnagnora is located in the countryside, between the Valle d'Itria and the Alto Salento, and near the cities of Ostuni (6km), Alberobello (40 km), and Cisternino, and Locorotondo, Martina Franca.
About 20 km from the main beaches and beach clubs on the Adriatic coast, Ostuni is known for its whitewashed houses, it is a medieval village composed of a maze of narrow streets. Take in the picturesque views, quaint alleys, stairways and squares.

The core structure is a newly built stone lamia which is composed of the living room, kitchenette, and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The living room sofa can convert into a bed, as needed. The master bedroom is separated from the central structure, transformed from an older lamia with an attached Saracen trulli, housing a large bathroom equipped with an alcove shower. A TV, safe, mosquito nets, and blackout curtains are provided for in each bedroom.
The star center piece of the property though are the exterior spaces. Lamia del Riccio was designed for those who love outdoor living. A large gazebo features a fully-equipped masonry kitchen and barbecue, to dine alfresco and a conversation corner, under its shade. Guests are invited to enjoy the one-hectare estate, with its grassy areas, olive trees, and pool. The 40-square-meter pool is equipped with loungers for sun worshippers.
Maximum security and privacy is guaranteed at the Lamia, with its modern alarm system and a private entrance. There is free parking on the premises for guests.

Booking Conditions
Rates are based on a minimum of 4 nights and a maximum of 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday arrivals only) for a maximum of 8 guests. The maximum rental period is 28 days.

- initial cleaning and linen change
- light mid-week cleaning for stays of min 7 nights
- light mid-week linen change (bathroom and beach towels only) for stays of min 7 nights
- light weekly cleaning and linen change (inc kitchen and bedroom linen) for stays of min 2 weeks up to max 4 weeks
- utilities: heating, electricity, water, A/C
