Villa Olivo Marche is modern elegance at its best, combining relaxed luxury and villa life in the heart of Le Marche. The living areas within Villa Olivo Marche cover two floors and offer a variety of areas (covering almost 600 square meters of luxury living space) for guests to relax. On the ground floor, the living area is accented by a modern fireplace and a large terrace with views of the sea and the nearby village of Civitanova Alta. The comfy ground floor family room has a 65-inch TV, for those who want to settle in and take in some Netflix or Prime Video. The floor to ceiling glass doors deliver expensive vistas and blur the lines between interior and exterior.

Villa Olivo Marche is a foodie’s paradise with three extensive dining areas and a state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with the very best appliances and accessories. Each dining area comfortably sits 12 guests and includes a formal dining room, a relaxed lounge dining area, or an alfresco terrace. The shining star in the kitchen is the locally crafted, free-standing granite topped island, where apéritif can be enjoyed or where cooking classes are held. Outside, located next to the kitchen and dining areas, is the double-gas BBQ.

The 6 large double bedrooms accommodate up to 12/14 guests and are all equipped with king-sized beds and large ensuite bathrooms featuring natural stone, polished concrete and sleek brushed steel fittings. Beds in 2 of the 6 bedrooms can be converted into twin beds, if necessary, and each bedroom can fit a travel cot for children (upon request). Bedrooms are equipped with their own dressing table, hairdryer, safe, TV, memory foam mattress and choice of memory or feather pillows. Air conditioning and heating can be set individually in all bedrooms.

Four bedrooms offer sea views of the Adriatic, while the other two overlook Civitanova Alta. All bedrooms have their own private balcony or terrace. Each room retains its own character, with furnishings of the highest of standards including Italian leather headboards and artisan handmade chairs and lighting. It’s the small details in combination with the overall design concept make Villa Olivo Marche unique.

Wind down in the spa with its jacuzzi, steam room, Swedish sauna, or under scented water and mood lighting of the sensory shower. The gym is located on the ground floor overlooking the sea. It is equipped with exercise balls, yoga mats, and state-of-the-art Technogym equipment.

Sun worshipers will be found on the sundeck or taking a dip in the large infinity pool. Within the lush gardens, there are several private seating areas to relax in or to socialise, including a fire-pit for a laid-back evening with the family. At night, the gardens and sundecks are expertly lit, for an elegant evening in the moonlight.
