Details View property details The core structure is a newly built stone lamia which is composed of the living room, kitchenette, and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The living room sofa can convert into a bed, as needed. The master bedroom is separated from the central structure, transformed from an older lamia with an attached Saracen trulli, housing a large bathroom equipped with an alcove shower. A TV, safe, mosquito nets, and blackout curtains are provided for in each bedroom. The star center piece of the property though are the exterior spaces. Lamia del Riccio was designed for those who love outdoor living. A large gazebo features a fully-equipped masonry kitchen and barbecue, to dine alfresco and a conversation corner, under its shade. Guests are invited to enjoy the one-hectare estate, with its grassy areas, olive trees, and pool. The 40-square-meter pool is equipped with loungers for sun worshippers.
