Bathed in warm colours and a minimalistic style, The Aven was renovated in 2019-2020. Accommodating up to 16 guests, 6 king-sized bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, a stocked minibars, satellite TVs, air conditioning, and WiFi.

Two rooms are on the ground floor, while 3 rooms are located on the same level as the pool and dining area on the first floor. The suite on the second floor can be reached by a separate staircase.

An additional apartment (180sqm) provides two additional rooms. The apartment is on the first floor, accessible using the same entrance to the house.
The self-contained apartment is 180 m2 with a terrace and a small pool.
The modern kitchen is fitted with induction hob, dishwasher, combi oven.
2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms are ideal for 4 guests. The master bedroom has a big walk-in closet and spectacular view on Lions Head and the ocean. The second room has a separate bathroom and mountain view.

A continental breakfast is prepared daily for guests and served on the breakfast/dinner area, which can be expanded by opening stacking doors to the covered terrace. The dining area is outfitted with a sound system.

The Aven is an eco-friendly property. Toiletries are supplied by Fijn Botanicals in refillable bottles. Water is from a filtered borehole and is safe to drink. All cleaning supplies are eco-friendly. And the pool is solar heated.

Pool and Spa

Two pools: main villa plus one for the apartment.
The pool (9x3m, 1.60) is solar-heated and is outfitted with 8 sun-beds. For those who like to be poolside, but out of the sun, there is a covered sitting area. Apartment's small pool (6x2m, 1.6).

Special Touches

The Aven supplies refillable bottles of eco-friendly toiletries including body lotions, soap, shampoo, and conditioner, a local brand, Fijn Botanicals. Water is from a filtered borehole, and is drinkable. The Aven only uses eco-friendly cleaning products.

Good to Know

Due to the close proximity of the homes in Camps Bay, no outside music or parties are permitted after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours.One of the bedrooms is not equipped with airco.
