Two staircases lead to the first floor, where you’ll find three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms—one of which includes a comfortable double sofa bed. From the kitchen, another staircase leads to the ground floor, where an additional living space connects to two more bedrooms and a charming wine cellar, perfect for tasting local labels.

Adjacent to the main villa, a separate building houses three generous annexes. Each features a mezzanine level, a double bed, and a private bathroom. Two of these annexes are particularly spacious and include two additional single beds.

Outdoors, a beautifully restored former stable serves as a second kitchen and dining area, ideal for large groups. Its wide doors open onto a veranda and barbecue area, creating a bright and welcoming space for social gatherings.
