How to get there
Situated in the heart of an old hamlet at the top of 1600m, all facilities are conveniently at reach in Sestriere (2365m).
200metres from the house starts a cross-country track that goes across the Val Troncea National Parc. Olympics cross-country skiing course is as well only 2 minutes walk from the front door.
A complete list of winter activities near the chalet is available for non-skiers/instead of downhill skiing. They include snow-shoeing, cross-country skiing, sledding, dog-sledding, ice-karting and ice-skating, among others. Bookings can be arranged for any of these activities.
A chairlift, located 200m from chalet, takes you up to 50km of beautiful and very sparsely populated downhill slopes, above the village. For more varied skiing, take the cable car (100m from the house) to Milky Way - 400km of slopes, which accommodate all levels of skiing, rise as high as 3280m include two Olympic downhill runs, 42 black runs, 118 red runs, 54 blue runs and 7 green runs.
In the summer, the valley of the lodge, becomes the centre of outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis and golf.

Property details
A great chalet for large families and group of friends just 3 minutes walk from the cable car. Perfect location for both summer and winter sports.
Furnishings meet and exceed luxurious standard, with custom-made Egyptian cotton bed sheets in each bedroom and bathrooms offering top range fittings, underfloor heatings and stylist hairdryers.
The extremely spacious living area is the heart of the house offering a wood-burning open fire and WiFi & iPod docking stations throughout. The media room, convertible to a double bedroom if required, welcomes to enjoy a movie from its international film/music library by open fireplace.
The chalet offers fully furnished 5 bedrooms en-suite, a separate kids dorm that sleeps 6 kids plus a media room with a double bed for a maximum occupancy is 12 adults and 6 children (Kids bedroom for 6 little guests).
After a day on the slops or hiking, head to the roof terrace to enjoy stunning mountain views and a dip in the 8-person wooden hot tub.

The fridge can be stocked with a range of local delicacies and also the usual staples.
The food menu for the season will be constructed around locally-sourced ingredients to the maximum extent possible, supplemented with organic produce where necessary. Extensive house wine list including a selection of natural wines, either organic or biodynamic.

Booking Conditions
Children between the ages of 7 and 17, a supplement of EUR700 per week is required.
Additional Guests 18 years and older, a supplement of EUR1,400 per week (max adult occupancy is 12).
The chalet is rented on a Fully Catered Basis:
- A buffet dinner on arrival
- A welcome hamper filled with local Piedmontese delicacies
- 4 dinners using mostly organic local ingredients (format to be agreed with Chef prior to arrival)
- 2 dinners are to be taken in local restaurants with mountain skidoo experience possible (dinners on guests' account)
- Daily homemade continental breakfast every morning
- A choice of natural, organic or biodynamic wines carefully selected by the Owners (WSET certification) offering a different white and red each night when eating in house
- Daily cleaning and change of sheets or towels upon request
- Alpine truck for in resort travel

Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure a booking. The balance, together with any security deposit, will be requested 60 days prior to your check-in.
