Fantastic time
Hi Paola, we all had a fantastic time and were delighted with the chalet and resort. Bianca and Pietro were brilliant - they really made our stay comfortable and both worked really hard to help us to have a brilliant time.
Thank you so much for all your help with planning our holiday - you certainly paved the way to a making it a memorable trip!
The only disappointment was our trip to Rifugio Alpette . We were all really looking forward to being transported via skidoo - as suggested in the information and arranged, but we ended up being transported by a snowcat. We were not made to feel welcome on arrival and the food was of a very poor standard. Overall we felt it was very expensive and not as expected. I didn't make a fuss about it as I didn't want Bianca to feel responsible. I certainly wouldn't encourage other guests to go on this trip.
This was our only negative experience, every other aspect was great including equipment hire, ski instruction, in-chalet dining, facilities and our meal at La Greppia.
We certainly would recommend the Baita to our friends and hope to return there again one day.

The chalet can be rented on a fully catered (FC) or self-catered (SF) basis.
The FC formula includes a continental breakfast, afternoon tea and 4 course dinner, wines, beers, award-winning local beer, local digestives, spirits and mixers.
For the FC basis menus combine both local specialities and some interesting dishes from further afield approved by the Chalet's Chef, Bianca. Only premium and organic ingredients are used.
