To ensure, privacy and peace, the entire property is fenced and located at the end of a small farmer’s road. The ground floor features a large master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a separate toilet, and an ensuite bathroom, equipped with a spacious Italian shower and double sink. The living area has an open fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker. The fully-equipped, open kitchen has all the modern amenities, including an American fridge (with ice dispenser and filtered fresh water), induction cooking, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine with capsules, a traditional Moka, and dishwasher.
