The Property

Casale Cingoli is a gem of a country villa, a fully restored farmhouse, located at the top of hill in Cingoli. Situated at the heart of the his­toric 'Le Marche' Region, Cingoli is one of the oldest villages in Italy. The Owners were spellbound by this magical ruin which they transformed into a luxurious villa, and fell in love with the friendliness of the local people, the history of the area and its beautiful, verdant surroundings.


Vineyards, hills, olive groves and luscious landscapes envelope Casale Cingoli, a tranquil abode for those looking for privacy, tranquility and plenty of outdoor space. Surrounded by two hectares of private land, the villa is composed by two units, a main villa over two floors and a Cottage.

The main villa, once a farmhouse, has been restored to very high standards featuring all modern comforts whilst maintaining the original features of a typical le Marche's country estate.
Spectacular views can be enjoyed from all windows and on a clear day, you may be able to see the Adriatic Sea in the distance.

Built over two floors, the main house is composed by a 50 square metres modern kitchen built in stainless steel by Italian designers 'Ideal Cucine'. It is equipped with all utensils and amenities such as professional appliances, bbq plate, a large fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher. The dining area features an ancient 3.5m long sartorial table from the North-West area of Italy which can accommodate up to 14 guests.
A designer fireplace is the main feature in the living room whose ceiling is adorned by impressive wooden beams.
Guests can enjoy a game at the billiard table, a beautiful piece brought back to life after a painstaking restoration.
On the ground floor is also a bathroom with a washing machine

A glass and 'pietra serena' stone staircase leads to the upper floor where all bedrooms can be found. The flooring is laid with reclaimed oak beams for a charming and luxurious feel. All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with rain shower bidet and sink. The decor is a perfect blend of designer items and one hundred years old unique pieces.

The adjacent self-contained cottage is perfect for a couple. It is composed by an open-plan kitchen and living area, and a double bedroom en-suite (shower), as well as a private patio with outdoor furniture. The cottage is equipped with A/C.

This property is located at the heart of "Le Marche " Region, surrounded by the peacefulness of the countryside. The house itself is located on a small, newly paved very quiet road. A 100mt long private white road led the guests to the farmhouse. The villa has an enviable position well connected to traditional villages and the historic town of Cingoli, as well as San Severino Marche, Filottrano, the spectacular Frasassi Caves and other historic places of interest.

The Adriatic sea, with its extensive beaches in Senigallia or the rocky bay of Portonovo can be reached within 50 minutes by car. The Frasassi caves with their incredible natural spectacle can be reached in 40 minutes.

The adventure, water park in Cingoli is very popular not only with children and bikes can be rented to ride around the Lake in Cingoli. For those seeing to explore further afield, the green region of Umbria can be reached under an hour.

There is a wonderful selection of restaurants nearby, or you can choose to dine at home with local dishes prepared by a professional Chef.
