Details View property details Embracing its past, yet providing the utmost in comfort, the Villa mixes the use of its historic stone elements, terracotta tiles, and exposed wooden beamed ceilings with carefully chosen furnishings, creating an inviting and cozy retreat. The ground floor guests will find a kitchen, a dining and living area, and a living area. The well-equipped kitchen has been outfitted with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, and microwave oven. Just outside, in the garden next to the kitchen, a quaint table with parasol has been set-up in the garden to enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the morning. Doors off of the dining and living area lead to a terracotta tiled terrace furnished with sofas and chairs, where guests can take in the panoramic views of the estate and region or enjoy dining alfresco on warmer evenings. The former chapel has been converted into a living room, king-sized double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, laundry room, and a bathroom with shower in the hallway. Above, on the first floor, two more king-sized bedrooms and one super king-sized bedroom, all with ensuite bathrooms. Villa Severio is set within a spacious, private, landscaped garden. Guests will enjoy relaxing or enjoying a late dinner on the stunning wooden terrace, while taking in the views of the picturesque surrounding area. Poolside sun loungers, chairs and parasols invite guests to leave all their worries behind. The private pool can be heated when it’s a bit cooler. Property size: 350 m² Bedrooms Configuration On the ground floor, guests can find a king-sized bedroom, whilst first floor is composed of 2 more king-sized bedrooms and 1 super king-sized bedroom. The large LCD TV has Sky Italia TV, several sports channels so guests won’t miss their favorite team play, an Amazon Fire TV stick, and a DVD player. A CD player and iPod docking station are available to guests. Villa Severio is equipped with a bluetooth sound system, and high-speed wifi access throughout the villa, garden, and pool area. Golf lovers can enjoy a 20% discount at the Antognolia Golf Course, on the estate, and a 5% discount at the Golf Shop. Good to Know To reach the villa there are 3 km of white gravel road. Please note that the roads are in good conditions but occasionally steep and with little stones as all the country roads, so they are not suitable for low-height cars or sport cars.
