Nestled amidst the lush olive groves of Apulia and a stone's throw away from the breathtaking Adriatic coast, Masseria Carpignano Salentino II is a quintessential 300 sqm Southern Italian country house that epitomizes elegant rural simplicity. This exquisite villa, designed with 5 beautifully adorned en-suite bedrooms and expansive living spaces both inside and out, serves as an idyllic retreat for families and groups of friends in search of tranquillity and a connection with nature.

Embracing the ethos of slow living, Masseria Carpignano Salentino II invites guests to sync with the natural rhythm of life. The property features a stunning outdoor swimming pool and a waterfall shower, ingeniously integrated within an authentic Trullo—a traditional Apulian dry stone hut with a distinctive conical roof. Here, guests can cool off during the warmer days and relish the seasonal fruits and vegetables cultivated on the estate, all enhanced by our own extra virgin olive oil.

Today the property stands as a modern interpretation of a "Masseria"—a traditional Southern Italian farmhouse that historically housed both the landowners and their agricultural workers. This elegant villa, set within a quaint village along Apulia's Adriatic shoreline, specifically in the "heel" of Italy’s "boot," offers a serene escape amidst 10 hectares of organic land, replete with ancient olive groves and soon-to-be-planted native grape varieties.

In harmonizing design with tradition, Masseria Carpignano Salentino II in Apulia underwent a thoughtful renovation, preserving its local essence and distinctive features. This transformation created a captivating country estate that combines its deep-rooted agrarian heritage with the refined, genuine, and warm hospitality. Upon arrival, guests are transported into a timeless realm, where the history and soul of authentic Puglia/Apulia are experienced through a memorable stay.

The property's simple yet sophisticated decor plays a crucial role in fostering a rustic-chic ambiance. The interior design, orchestrated by its designer owner, reflects her exquisite taste.

A tranquil ambiance permeates the entire house, where indoor and outdoor spaces merge seamlessly. The luminous living room and kitchen flow into an open area, extending onto a terrace that offers views of the Mediterranean maquis. This layout fosters both communal gatherings with friends and family and moments of solitary reflection without a sense of isolation.

Moreover, the Masseria is an idyllic retreat for all seasons. During warmer days, simply opening the doors invites a refreshing summer breeze, while the expansive windows ensure abundant natural light brightens the space throughout the colder months.

The villa's amenities are thoughtfully designed to enhance your stay: an outdoor heated swimming pool available from May to September, a pergola with a barbecue for al fresco dining, and Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the house. Whether it’s finally starting on that book you’ve longed to read, taking a memorable dip in the pool, or exploring the enchanting landscapes of Apulia, Masseria Carpignano Salentino II stands ready to host your next unforgettable getaway.
