Prime Season: Minimum 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday stays only. The 5 and 6 nights rates are reserved to last minute enquiries. The daily cleaning services will be scheduled with the clients. Pool and garden maintenance services are mandatory and based on a pre-established schedule. It may not always be possible to modify the intervention times. Tourist tax is not included in the rates (2.75 Eur per adult (18yo and +) per night), due with the balance payment. No collection on site. A security deposit of €4,500 is required for all reservations, to be paid with the balance. Refund will be made directly to the client within 14 days of departure. Any planned event must be declared at the time of booking and before the payment of the deposit, as it is subject to conditions. Failure to do so will result in the withholding of the security deposit. The pool heating service is included from 1st May to 20th September. Any heating outside of this period will be available upon prior request and will incur additional charges. Depending on the time of year and the required notice, we reserve the right to refuse any heating requests outside of the allocated period.
