Services included in the rates (welcome, linen, cleaning):
- A change of bedding is included for all stays of 2 weeks.
- Stays of 2-3-4 nights include welcome, bed linen, beach towels, and end-of-stay cleaning.
- 5-night stays include welcome, bed linen, beach towels, 3 hours of cleaning during the stay, and end-of-stay cleaning.
- 6 and 7-night stays include personalized welcome, linen rental, 2 sessions of 2-hour cleaning during the stay, and end-of-stay cleaning.
- Access to the estate tennis court is complimentary and requires reservations.

Not included in the price:
- Any additional cleaning is possible at a rate of €30 per hour and must be booked in advance.
- Tourist tax (to be paid with the balance)
- €2500 refundable security deposit to be paid with the balance
Cleaning services are provided as a fixed package with no possibility of discounts and will be scheduled with the clients. Pool and garden maintenance services are mandatory and based on a predetermined schedule. It may not always be possible to modify the intervention times.

Terms

A non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure a booking. The balance, together with any security deposit, will be requested 60 days prior to your check-in.
