Good to Know

The estate management ensures the preservation of good neighbourly relations and requires the respect of noise levels within each property. Therefore, no events are allowed.

All bedrooms are equipped with AC, with a condition as follows: in line with the villa's eco-responsible, energy-conscious policy, the Owners ask guests to help reduce the impact. To this end, each stay is allocated a number of Kwh that allows the property to combine conscious consumption with comfort for all during the stay, in line with the level of service provided by the villa. Any consumption in excess of 10% of the allotment will be billed to the guest on departure, and any consumption below 10% of the allotment will be refunded.
