When arriving at the villa you enter a magnificent hallway with picture windows onto the rear gardens. There is an exceptionally spacious living room with large south facing fixed window, with view onto landscaped gardens.

The formal dining room is perfect for entertaining, made even easier by the fully equipped Mobalpa kitchen and galley kitchen. With 2 fridges and 1 wine fridges, 1 dishwasher, 1 oven of 90cm, 2 microwaves, there is every reason to host wonderful dinners.
Sliding doors access outdoor kitchen and dining area. The outdoor kitchen has a stone sink, pizza oven and 80cm wide plancha with tiled work service and storage cupboards. The villa has a south-facing 18 meter saltwater pool. 200sq meters of teak decking and jardiniere of 25 meters. The pool house is fully equipped with outdoor kitchen and barbeque, dishwasher, fridge, sink and breakfast bar. Shower and WC accessible from the pool house.

The property also features suspended ceilings with recessed halogen spotlighting, wall lighting, and stone floor tiles. The fixed and sliding windows are shatterproof, anti-UV, and all have reflective glass. Electrically powered aluminum shutters, both individually and centrally operated lend to the property.
